A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hmmm, good point. I think I'll just keep the current system as it works well enough as it is.

I won't be able to respond to it for a little while. I'm not using my home account here but I will as soon as I get back.

If these indeed will fit my stock swingarmed and framed 1979 GS750 I would like to purchase a set.

Yeah, I guess those bidders were non-members. Maybe I should ebay the rest of them?

If you have any unclaimed...I think I would be one of them actually, but never got an email from Autumn that I saw, maybe i should have gone thru my spam box, as that has happened before... But anyway, IF you have any unclaimed sets, I will be looking for a set in a few weeks for my soon to be mine 1100ESD. Lemme know, and I can give a phone number or something to be contacted by. My email, and even PMs on here havent been really reliable of late. Thanks!!

TCK I don't think he has restarted yet.... I'm after some sets myself.

Dan :)

Oh, gotcha...Well, WHEN you do go about for another run, im in FOR SURE. Lemme know where to send a contact phone number, to assure things get thru, and Im all for it :)

I just saw this thread and would like to order a set when sales resume. Thanks.

Right now there are a few sets on hand but that is because she has had trouble contactin some of those that ordered. If you have already placed an order but did not get shocks yet send me an email. I have a spreadsheet with who ordered and when but I don't know who already got thier shocks and who didn't. After I get these out I will start another list.

It looks like we've come to the end of the line here. If anything changes I'll let all of you know, but for now I think we've sold the last of them.

How do all of you feel about Works Performance shocks? They have a few models, some piggyback and others non-piggyback. I may look into cutting a group deal with themif there is enough interest. My guess is that the piggyback will be about the same price and the non-piggyback slightly cheaper. Since it seems there is more demand for the cheaper shocks I would probably start with the non-piggyback. So my question to all of you that might be interested in this would be, what is your level of pain in terms of dollars should I try to negotiate a deal?

I've got a Works shock on my 700 and it works far better than the stocker ever did.

I'll pass on the Works stuff. Thanks for making the effort at another batch of Ohlins, though :)
