I recieved this note from zuzuk212 (Ken). Buyer beware!

I first found these guys on ebay and they had a deal for chain and sprocket set. I thought, Excellent! since my chain is in very bad shape. I recently picked up another GS550 and figured I would do them both. They sort of gave me a deal for buying two and I was happy. A couple weeks go by and I don't think too much of it because I know that getting parts for these can be difficult but I call them up and they start feeding me lines. Another week goes by, they say that it was shipped last week and it's on its way. I call to get a tracking number ... oh, well the shipping guy doesn't come in untill 2, I'll have him call you. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the 800 number they have listed does not work, I'll leave that to the imagination, so I have to call long distance. They do not call me ... I have to keep calling them to be given the run around. I finally get a valid tracking number from them and I find that the parts were shipped YESTERDAY when I called for the tracking number and was told that they were shipped last week. I receive the package and find that there is only half of the order, NO CHAINS!! So, now I am currently going through this crap again with them ... trying to call when they are actually there.

One time, as I was flipping out trying to see if they have another number that I could reach them at I found the following link and really became enraged because I would not have placed an order with them in the first place if I would have known. So, Please save yourself and DO NOT DEAL with SR AXIS out of Arizona!! And, let those you care about know as well.
