    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

1st round of PT done. Based on how im feeling at this moment im not realistically seeing getting around really good till mid April. Nice weather is upon central OK and im having to reject bike work already. Tell them the situation and try back after April 15th and we will see where its at.
 
Thanks for all donations so far. Lets keep this front and center for a while. I have no shame in getting very humble and realizing i need some help. Thanks again.

My father, in his inimitable style, told me "son, you are a very humble guy. But then again, you have a lot to be humble about!" hahaha

My friend had knee replacement. Avid mountain biker at 65 who kicked my butt up a 2K climb. I didn't make it.... His knee was something to see, wow. Recovery has been steady and he's back on his bike. Hang in there brother!

Thats not lost on me.. i know i have much to be humble and grateful for. Hell making it to 61 without major damage in spite of all ive done in life is in itself an ouright miracle!!! ha ha

I hear ya, I was expecting to be dead over 30 years ago!
 
UPDATE......
Got 3 PT sessions in. Many out of alignment issues with my knee and possible joint damage from walking like a peg legged pirate for over a year. Had i not had the heart attack the extra damage may have been less or even completely avoided. I was thinking 2 to 3 months tops being off but now that timeline is changed to i dont know now. Other than that im getting along decently with the walker and can put about 50 percent of normal weight on it standing still.
Walking and natural sweeping of the joints another story.. getting better but a long way to go before i trust it.
Was let down with the knee news . I just cant catch a break..lol
