Hi All,
I have a question I hope some of the brake guys might have an answer to:
My 1983 GS450L had the original roto-tiller handlebars on it when I started my restoration. I replaced them with a set of Daytona bars purchased from Z-1. The master cylinder is now sitting at a very steep angle compared to the position it had been in. There was a slight angle with the original bars, but this is very steep looking. There are no leaks, and I plan to rebuild the master cylinder, replace the brake line, rebuild the caliper, and replace the pads anyway.
I was just wondering: Is this safe? Will it be prone to leaks?
Thanks, Mark
