A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Pic of the week game

This was a great theme idea. I had something in mind for an entry, but couldn't pull it off.

Voting for Redman (Dave)

Judging by the needles on the gauges, you were definitely in action. I'm pretty sure my MSF instructor would have said that's not an ideal way to approach a turn.

Possibly almost out of gas too?

That's too bad. Until this week, only two GSR folks had submitted a picture every week of 2020: you and Bob (baatfam).
Seventeen weeks into 2020, and Bob has submitted 17 entries. You and Scott (cowboy) and Vince (gustovh) and Dave (redman) have each submitted 16. Scott (marvinsc) and I have each submitted 15.

Well that doesn't add any pressure, does it.... :excitement::excitement::excitement:

Being a prairie boy most of my life Jedz' pic did it for me plus quality while moving!

For pics taken by/with the submitter, that include their bike, that indicate action, I am impressed by and keep coming back to : oramac, baatfam, jedz and Rich.
Mine does fit each and every requirement, but as a pleasant photo is kinda silly compared the contenders (but, ah, dont let me talk anybody out of voting for it har har har)

Jedz and Rich are nice appealing pics, But Bob baatfam pic I can almost see the wheel turning and moving along the pavement... something about seeing the wheel and the pavement really conveys the action to me, can just think of the forces and the traction. At first the water drops were a distraction, but then it told more of the story and made me think more about the tire on the pavement at that speed/action. Vote for baatfam.

Haven't been on much this week. Thought I would pop in and vote. Bad choice. Tough call this week...

Think I have to go with Rich82GS750TZ this week. Nice shot, and looks like a great place to take a ride.

Good morning!

8 photos received at least one vote...might be a record.:D

My count....

With one vote each, Loccoli, Redman, Jedz123, and oramac

With two votes each cowboyup3371, Baatfam, and gustovh

And with four votes for the win, Rich82GS750TZ!

(If someone could verify my count, that would be great)

ANd would this be the first submissions from XGMAN ? Welcome.

ANd would this be the first submissions from Loccoli? Welcome.

Yep. Verified.

Congratulations Rich.
Rich, What subject-catagory might you have for us this week?

Rich, I notice you have been posting some nice quality pictures lately in the mechanical section of the forum that would qualify as being a pictures taken by you of your bike. But the pics are not so nice, in that, they are pics of busted engine internals.

Thanks for the votes, folks.
Right you are Dave. And so leads me to this week?s theme. Broken. Interpret it however you want.
