DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Pic of the week game

Wow, great entries!
Beautiful reflection, Redman!
Marvinsc's 77777 made me laugh out loud.
Burque's did too.
but 650Skull's gets my vote for "that should not be there"

ew, lots of pic get a reaction from me, yikes, that should not be there.

Voting for 650skull. I like the pic and about anybody looking at the pic would say that’s not suppose to be parked there.

Some good interpretations this week.

Love the reflection. Think Redman has a water fetish.

Praying mantis looks like it could handle whatever comes his/her way

Think i'll go for the liquid dash on dpep's bike.,....not something wanted....

Good Morning GSR! Let's tally up the votes....

With one vote, Redman

With two votes each, 650Skull and Burque73

And with four votes, for the win, dpep:clap:

What's next Don?

I demand a recount! Thanks, guys. The theme is Navaids. Maps, GPSs, or any other solutions to help you find your way.

Yah, southern Indiana most of those roads, you can stop and stand in the road, not much traffic.

That is not my GK, is Steves 850 with GK sidebags.and trunk.

I tried to improvise a couple tank mount map holders (seems like Don dpep did also).
One made it to 30mph, other one made it about half mile on highway before flying over my shoulder.
So, I spent the money to get a nice magnetic mount tank map holder.
Got that when commercial GPS were first coming out, and quite expensive. At the time the choices were mostly Tom Tom and Magellan.

Much later I did get get a commercial automotive GPS. And with that and my tank mounted map (see the tag "Dave Dave Navagation System"), I found that I could still get lost, but easier to get back on track.

I was surprised to find that the tank mount map holder technology was not upwardly compatible to a more modern bike.
In 2015 I took it with me out to San Diego for use on the 2002 BMW RT..... doah ! ! (the "tank" not metal).

Oops, I forgot to take a photo of the scrap paper with handwritten route numbers and highway names printed in Sharpie and taped to the tank with blue painter's tape.

Well, Happy Friday, so let's vote.
