• This forum allows conversation on non-controversial topics, therefore no politics or religion. "The Campfire" is an area meant for casual, civil discussions. Deliberate anti-social activity including personal insults, profanity, pornography, racism, threats and purposely inflammatory posts may result in suspension of forum access or possibly a permanent ban from GSR.

    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Pic of the week game

Jeez, Norm. When you throw up the zeros like that, it just makes it hurts a little more. :very_drunk::wink-new:

Heck with y'all, I'm having an omelet.

Hahaha! I hope no one was offended, I was just being silly!
Okay Jedzster what do you have for us this week!
I'm a thinkin', we should make Norm the "Official" Tally Master....I like his style...

Thanks Bob. I'm wholly unprepared to pick a topic.
It was a tough choice, but at my age, Justin's was more.....happy...;)

Haa Haa

Each one of us should complain.
At least I got one vote....So I believe I will keep playin' :p;)

Thanks Gentlemen.
Stand by! I'll break out the laptop and get this week's pic up and going!

For Post #12345 From Jedz123

This week's topic, inspired by Jeremy Clarkson.

Up the Trumpet!

c7V65oZ.jpeg

Up the Trumpet is to means to be on someone's tail when in a hot purist or race.

Of course, your interpretations are always welcome!

Have a great day folks!

Throw the hat in the ring this week. ............Can use the imagination and at least there i a road with the back of the exhaust showing

I favor using the GS650, (have run out of pics and no running bike), for some of the themes. Don't think some of my pic editing would qualify. Will stock up in a few weeks when i get back to NZ for a month over Christmas new Year

Took all the baffles out of the Delkevic to see what it was like. May have annoyed a few cows.

Up the Trumpet!
I have two trumpets (and a euphonium and a trombone) but my week is sufficiently busy that I don't feel like setting a photo up with any of them and the bike,
so here's the curious exhaust of my first bike.

THat (With a large vegitable steamer on the back?) is your bike (or one that you owned at the time).....?

Ah, I just re-read the rules. No its an art work and it contains some bike bits. Everyone please ignore it and I'll find something that complies with the rules. Sorry about that.

Would like to see some more pics of the art-work. Looks interesting. Maybe in the Random Photos thread?
