A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Riding Game

So what's the tag? Does it gotta be a land marker or was there another choice....I get confused easily.

I think at this point since we've stalled for weeks, the tag is a motorcycle in front of anything you want to jumpstart us again!

I took both photos the day before yesterday for the game but forgot to post them. If I did wrong I shall delete the post ?

Crap... I guess it wasn't the day before yesterday. { just checked the date } post deleted.

Wow, I didn't think a closed road or decommissioned bridge would be that hard to find. I don't know when I'll be able to get out again to get another tag. I'd accept any creative interpretation of a closed road to get it moving again, or the historical marker, or the pot-dated tag with the Kat.

This is a closed road I swear. The closed sign was just behind me but it's an old picture so I guess it doesn't count. I figured since it was slow you guys may let it slide. Either way it's a neat picture I always thought.

Crap, I thought the tag was still the covered bridge.
I'll look for a closed road.
Does it have to be a permanently closed road or will a temp. work?

I'm not even sure if this is the right tag but it's from my ride today. It's closed until Labor Day.

Moving on?

Moving on?

Not sure whats up anymore. Closed road.

A testament to my (lack of) wit. On the way to the road closed sign i was detoured due to a road closed. I never thought to use that sign till halfway thru the detour. duh. Then on my way home, there was a closed road literally around the corner from home..but i wouldnt have had a nice ride.
Years ago i buried the front wheel of my truck in a giant mudhole on this road.

Next if thats a go...

Thanks man. My cycle definitely benefits from the fact that the camera lies. And after owning it for 14 years, I really can't blame the scratches, dents, bubbling clearcoat and general signs of aging on the previous owner anymore:D. Plus im still nursing a bad battery. While pulling out from the field, I stalled it trying to go slowly over a big bump. Luckily I was on a hill:p
One thing I enjoy about having an imperfect bike is that I can do thing like this, ride on dirt roads, in the rain and such with a clear conscience.

While at the road closed tag yesterday, I spotted these cool old printing plates amongst a pile of cardboard...I picked them up today on my way home from work and hosed them off. They will end up on the garage wall. Thanks riding game;)

What I meant was that there's no need to actually ride off road and into the dirt to get the tag...roadside is fine:)
Whew, that's a relief. No orchards down here just citrus groves. Problem is they're in sugar sand and it's even hard to ride dirt bikes in that stuff.

Its cool. Im stupid, and my bike isnt nearly as nice as pictures show, hence my lack of worry to ride it into a field.:p

Ok it's winter time...time for me to play this game more. I find I don't play as much in the summer..I guess because we are doing a lot more destination riding. Now this gives mw an excuse get out.

My son came along for the ride today.:)

One Orchard....
