A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Riding Game

Those are some unique tags (Nice Bike too). Well done and welcome to the game. Maybe DantheMan can get the US (Minnesota) / Canada boarder sign. I think its right in his back yard ;).

The bike looks good from a distance. When you look close you can see it is an old bike.
I have some more ideas for good tags. I'll check the new tags. But not all tags are possible to get in belgium and my time to ride the bike is limited.

OK, here's the boundary between Canada and the US at Nighthawk, WA:

Actually, it's the Border Station just on the Canadian side...they had no issue with me taking a photo here, but I did not test the friendliness of the American guards (likely just as nice as the Canadians, it is a quiet corner of BC).

And, here's the next target.....desert, although let's be fair, and include grasslands, or any other relatively untrampled natural area:

Hamster, you're very close...I had just come through Osoyoos, and was sitting just south of Keremeos/Cawston at the junction of the highway to Nighthawk.

This desert area is the northern-most (obviously) extent of the Great Basin Desert, and is more correctly described as "shrub-steppe".......temps to more than 100F (38C), and only 10-12" precip per year. Rattlers, sage grouse, lizards, sage brush, rabbit brush....well, you get the idea.

Irrigation results in mondo-great grape-growing for wineries, although total area production (here and extending about 100 miles north) about the same as a single big winery in California. Now you know too much useless info.....

I was waiting for a good tag to enter the game.

Here is a watertower.

This is a border post between Belgium and The Netherlands.
If a border post is not common in the usa any physical sign of a border is ok.
Nice, I like it. I didn't have time to check the game the last couple of days, I was out riding, to and from Bemidji, MN where I was playing my viola in their symphony orchestra. It fits well on my bike, I was the only orchestra member on a motorcycle....:D

"any other relatively untrampled natural area"

very hard to find in belgium...

Key word is "relatively"......anyplace that a photo can be taken that does not have a building or road in it, and has vegetation....:-#

Temps in the 40's this morning on my "longer" commute and NH is 85% forested, so it's harder to find grassy areas without buildings, but here goes....still a few trees but a slope with vegetation. (I really just wanted a close up of my old GS! :D)

Keeping with scenery shots, a hilly scene with a radio tower or home in the distant background....if you're looking for Waldo, the radio tower is just above my luggage rack and the white house is at the far right.

OK, here's the radio transmitter tower:

And here's the next tag, a metal sculpture of some sort, found anywhere you can find it, and since it's art, it can be sculpture made of any type of metal, and of course, be almost anything. Allie, this should be right up your alley........:D

Just in case you have troubles spotting it, it's that moose up there in the trees..:dancing:

This is a bronze piece of art. It is called "Man with Megaphone"
