    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Are we at that point yet? Pretty busy right now but might be able to sneak away later and try and find a new tag if people think its time to move on. Crazy though how they used to be all over, now no one can find one anywhere. My how the times change.

I just rode passed the three antique malls in the area hoping to find on outside. Not my tag to say. Where is the "mean a$$ moderator"?? Hahaa!

You want to drive by poorer neighborhoods. That's the only place the phone companies can justify placing them. At least that's the way it is up here. And lets face it, any phone booth is an antique...;)

Cool! 2 bikes ridden in one day! If I had time, I'd get the "PK KID" graffito, a curosity I've seen all around NJ.

Good job there Zim. Was starting to wonder if anyone would get that one or not. May have to take a ride here in a little bit and find me some graffiti.

Ohh duh now I seen the anchor one. Thats def a different bike. Didnt even see that one posted before.

Different from the anchor was obvious, I thought you were talking about the other 2 pics, double duh!!

I didn't have my signatures viewable or it would have been a dead give away, at least it's not a twinkie!

It's an Evo....:D

Flathead - 1930-35
Knucklehead - '36-47
Panhead - '48-65
Shovelhead - '66-83 (what I had)
Evolution - '84 to 98

Well, Knuckle & Pan were right.

The flattie was Harley's longest production motor with production starting in '29, ceasing in 1973.

Shovel was '66-'84

Evo was '84-'99.

I've had a couple Harley's, but clearly I'm no expert on them....maybe I should have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last nite...:-k

If I was ever to get another, it would have to be an older easier to work on one. One for poker runs and neighborhood jaunts.
