Obviously, my project bike is getting torn down for the first time. I know this because every bolt has fused itself to the engine. The bike is a 77 GS750 & it doesn't look like anythings ever been off except the valve cover. I busted two bolts (1 exhaust & 1 cam bearing) removing the head & block, but their both off and neither look to be a problem.
I am scared to death of stripping out the heads, so what is the best way to go about getting these out.
Before I cuss out the neighborhood trying to remove all the phillips head botls from the engine covers, I thought I'd ask if there are any tricks to making this easier. I plan on replacing them with Allen bolts during the rebuild
