Where's everyone getting their STOCK parts from these days?

I use Partzilla but be aware that if you do they have a ten day or maybe shorter return policy. They sent me the wrong clutch cable and I had it delivered to my US address and it sat there for a few days before I had a chance to go pick it up. When I went to try to get them to accept the return after the ten days they were hard to deal with and I had to go through two managers. They were nobs. Normally I would say forget it but THEY sent the wrong part, I did not order what they sent so on principle I pursued it and they tok it backand gave me a credit but frankly it was not worth my time. After all this I stil us them occasionally. They're slow, pricey (I think most things are too expensive) but easy to order from and they keep your order history for you to access.

For nuts, washers and boltsit is Bolt Depot for me.

I've used Babbits and been pleased with the customer service. Prices are a bit higher than others though. Parts Outlaw sent a gasket that got smashed/ folded in shipping. Could have been packed differently I think. Partzilla is one I have yet to try. Also, I'd like to give the local guys a shot this time. Moto Authority down the road here is always telling me they can get parts cheaper than I can online. The dealer is the best place I've found for tires. Much cheaper than I can order online. R&S Powersports on Lomas has a perpetual tire sale and the rubber is newer than other dealers since they don't sit on the shelf very long.

I plan on ordering new air box boots and clamps soon so I'm glad this thread came up.

I'm in Canada, I don't buy from the USA anymore due to shipping being crazy and the exchange is nuts! It's actually cheaper at the local Suzuki dealer anyways and I get it much sooner.
It is actually cheaper to have parts delivered from the UK than it is from the US

OCP is the online storefront for Westfield Power Sports. Just a short jog down 32 for you.

They have Yamaha, Suzuki, KTM, Kawasaki, Honda, and Polaris. Pretty big dealer, and they generally have their act together. I just picked up some Kawasaki parts this weekend, and they were great about researching some backordered clutch plates and issued a refund right away when I decided to cancel that part of the order. They've also researched and sourced aftermarket alternatives on a couple of other occasions when something was NLA or backordered. Great service.

They also own a dealership in Bloomington -- not sure how recent that acquisition was.

Dealer. As mentioned before, exchange rate is stupid and shipping is crazy. The stupid part is sometimes stuff has to go through Canada to get to Point Roberts USA, but it's still cheaper to ship there than Canada or places won't ship to Canada????

I'm in Canada as well but use Partzilla or Babbitts. Shipping to Canada is cheaper with Partzilla but I'll sometimes use Babbitts and pick up my shipment in Detroit. I would prefer to use a Suzuki dealer but the closest one is a crook and the next closest is an hour's drive each way, and their prices are ridiculously high. Seems they don't like dealing with old bikes. So I don't have much choice but to pay shipping when it comes to OEM parts in Canada.

I have good news to share about a parts vendor in Albuquerque. I called MotoAuthority on Friday 3/16 late afternoon to get a price on some parts. In question were the air box boots and clamps, and also since I replaced the carb boots to the head last year, I ordered just the clamps for that side too. Since it was late on Friday they didn't ship until Monday.

Total for the parts was a few bucks more than the online suppliers, coming in at $84.28 plus tax and no shipping charge. I picked up my new parts today! Four days to ship OEM parts, I was pleased.

My local dealer is averaging about 4 dollars over online prices and free shipping. THat's where I'm getting my parts at the moment.

That's more of a problem in the larger city(ies) west of us. I live in a rural area on a county road and half of my neighbors are retired and home all the time anyway. Someone from Greenville would have to make a decent effort to come out here and package grab.

I've had exactly the same experience with my local dealer. I refuse to go there.
