I remember a couple of years ago me and the co-pilot were somewhere in Montana and something hit my neck, right in that spot above the jacket collar and below the helmet chin. All I said was "that was a big one". About 10 seconds later the pain started. Holy cow I don't know what Bee that was but man did that sting and swell up. The worst of it was there was no where to pull over for about 4 miles, we finally managed to pull over and she pulled the stinger out with pliers

Talk about some nice weather here in Hampton Roads! Yesterday and today 70 degrees and pure sunshine. Went through a couple tanks of gas doing some of the most pleasureable riding I've ever had. Fall can be fantastic!

After three weeks of no riding due to mechanical issues. I went for a ride. it felt so good to be back on my bike.

Found a 9-11 memorial that had a beam from one of the towers in a nearby town.

i took off on my '74 t500 titan yesterday with no plan. ended up riding south through the hills of southwestern n.y. probably put almost 200 miles on it. if i'm not careful i'll roll it over to 5000 original miles before winter.

this little bike is so fun to ride:

Eli, have you decided to keep the Titan, or are you simply enjoying the fact that it hasnt sold yet?
                      I dig that bike.

I took a nice ride today with my wife on the 1000G, honest, but without any pics it didn't happen! hint, hint....for anyone going for a ride today take some pics (of bike is more important but scenery back drop is nice). We are a visual crowd here and have trouble reading words!! Kinda like looking at pics in the bike magazines and then reading the captions.
BTW Eli that Titan is a cool looking bike. Now I'll go back and read the text.

after some business in the city i decided to ride through the town i grew up in. this overgrown bridge is how we got over the river and through the woods to grandma's house every sunday. the newer bridge behind was built in the 70's. the high school is nearby and this was a major skip out spot. we also would climb out to the peirs of the new bridge and repel down.

snow forecast this weekend... this could be it.

Took a ride tonight on what will likely be the last warm weather ride. Tried to get some pics, but my crappy camera wouldnt play, so i got this at the local soccer fields. Earlier, the football fields had the lights on and i had visions of a pic of my cycle in a dark foreground illuminated by the camera flash, with the background lit the by the faraway field lights....when i returned the lights were off.
