A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

I have a lead on a kerker pipe (with hindle headers) from a 82 GS1100, just wondering if anyone knows if it would fit the 750ES?

pretty sure the 750 ES is a narrower engine to the 11. It shares very similar dimensions to the gsxr oilcooled motors so you may find the port spacing slightly narrower.

i know pipes are swappable on the older 750s

Danm it! I really need a pipe for damn 750. I have the stock ones but the ground clearance is **** on them for racing

a oilcooled gsxr750 exhaust fit your 83 750 with little modification.
82 gs750 exhaust dont fit.
i think i have a V&H gsxr quick mount header here, but no spigots or mid pipe.

So a pipe for a 1982 GS750 should fit?
No, '83 and up E models had smaller ports. Only '83 and up 700/750E models and Gixxers have the correct dimension. Spacing is the same but diameters are different. Custom spigots or grinding on the other pipes might make one work.

The GS 1100 pipes will work if you grind down the collars where they go into the head. The port spacing is the same & I have GS pipes on my GS engines that have GSXR heads on them. Ray.

I have the same question but in reverse.

83' gs1100 headers, will it fits on a 82 GS750?

Does your 82 GS750 have16 valves? If so, I believe that GS1100 16-valve headers should fit but would rather have someone else chime in and confirm this. :)
