A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

anyone go for a ride today? Pics?

What Ski Mountain do you live on top of again Sandy? Why oh Why do you NOT have a snow blower?????

'Cause I'm stubborn and don't mind the exercise??? Unless you can think of a better reason that doesn't include the word stupid. LOL.

Ah, Trev, That is why that doesn't look like "dumped a foot of snow".

THis quite a rare occasion for you?
Might interfere with your riding for, what, 3 or 4 days? (not 3 or 4 months).

...
It hasn't snowed here in the last 3 years,it's making up for it this year.:chargrined:

A little ride we did Saturday to Hatch, ate at Sparky's and rode up to Emory pass (200 mile day). As you can tell, the day was fantastic.

No good pics, but it was a lovely overcast with light fog and 42? here. I took a 16 mile each way ride to a union meeting. All smiles..... well, except for the part when I hit a bump with a hand off of the handlebars and the bike started into a headshake..... I should check that...2017-02-07 22.22.26.jpg

Thanks Charlie. I just stopped for a quick pic on my way home.
I'm an HVAC service tech, a division of the plumbers / pipefitters union. Its been 17 years now. The meeting was a bit of a class reunion of sorts.

Glorious day today in Central NJ. Unfortunately, kid is still too young for a bike. Tomorrow is supposed to snow, UGH.

It sure was. While out on the bike yesterday, I was thinking how great it would have been if the meeting was today. But I had the opportunity for a ride yesterday so I took it.

I did not ride yesterday, but I watched my old GS1100GK ride away with its new owner perched on top. Sad but happy at the same time.

Had a 62 degree day here in Central jersey yesterday. Enjoyed it thoroughly, but always in the back of my mind thinkin' how weird this weather is. Today 8-12 inches of snow. Like livin in the twilight zone. Maybe I'll be water skiing next week. Just love being able to use the bike during the workday. As my job has me traveling to different homes throughout 1 or 2 small towns, its perfect for the job. Customers always get a kick out of it too. I was able to stop at a park in one of the communities I work in and take a few pics. Here's my "T" enjoying the weather.

What a sweet looking ride!! That's so cool you can use it for work. Tax deductible mileage too? I've taken mine a few times so far to measure for door replacements, it's a great conversation starter for sure!

PB, I'm glad one of us got out yesterday. Your pic was a bit of a brain teaser but I think I know where it is. Off of Riva Ave I think?
Bike is looking good.
