A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

anyone go for a ride today? Pics?

We rode the KLR together tonight for the first time. Boy, that was an intimate ride. The trunk is only an inch or so behind the seat so my wife couldn't scoot back very far. It will be nicer in cold weather, we can keep each other warm, LOL. We both enjoyed the 60 mile ride but are longing for the comfort of the GS. Parts arrived today so as soon as I get the chance it'll be back on the road.

I noticed a leaking fork seal tonight so that's the next project.

Leaking fork seals? That's what I had when I parked my bike. That should be a good project to complete, Roger.

Playing with the new go-Pro... This App and wifi setup is pretty nuts!

Just a typical commute to work... :)

Ride out to the seashore today. Fog off water and temps dropped 10 degrees.

Yess!!! Gorgeous day to ride!!!

How far out is the ocean from you?

In that pic maybe 200 feet away in the fog...from my house about 45 miles of back roads I take to Hampton Beach.
Here's how it looked a few hours later that day. Tide was still out. Great day for a ride to the beach with no crowds. Next time you come down we'll ride out there maybe?

So an hour ride out? Nice!
Yet another cool thing in proximity to your house!
Are you going to be around for Laconia?

Looks like an amazing ride!

And I live by that quote in your sig, too. Cool is everywhere if you broaden your perspective.
Vermont roads are all like that for the most part, great riding everywhere!
When Dave laid that quote down I had to grab!

Watched your gearing change video after this one. Get yourself a HF cycle lift, your back and knees will thank you later in life. DAMHIK
I need one bad for my shop but my shop is a total non functional disaster... I need to install some french doors first. Getting a bike in and out of my shop is a total PITA.

2K miles... Just going over some stuff that I've done to the bike and general impressions. Good day for a ride on VT 100 last night!

Not your bike, not your problem. Haha.
It's my daily ride, I need the 53L top case for my laptop and grocery getting.

Gorgeous run in this AM High 30's but the bike ran like a monster!

That actually looks functional and not much of an eye-sore...the box, that is. I use to use a backpack for groceries and small things but after seeing how much room is in there (2 twelve packs of beer fit nicely), I'd rather have that than a backpack.

That box looks hideous on there, lose it please.

Meh, I'm not one for accoutrements but Jedz storage unit doesn't detract from the bike.

Not your bike, not your problem. Haha.
It's my daily ride, I need the 53L top case for my laptop and grocery getting.

Right on! I like it Jedz...and the utility of the box is amazing!

Function is the Fashion. 

In this case, true!
