A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Have stock parts still also including rear fairing and seat. Tail light and side fairings. show contact info fastes way to reach me is by text. Thank you.

Really, not a bad deal. He includes the stock parts, the good 83+ motor, and not cut up (yet). If that pipe is new there are some serious jetting issues though....

The back end was cut.

There should be a hump in the back where the tail light and seat lock attaches to.

Not I bad deal! Are you kidding me? Did you see Ihanscom 82 1100e in the for sale section for $1100? Now that is a good deal.

Heh! That seat does not look comfy at all. And I'm just wondering how well it turns with those handlebars that low.

It's really amazing what some people come up with to try and make a bike look cool. At least he didn't call it a cafe racer!

Just catching up on these funnies. The 2 bobbers that are not bobbers without the saddles, wow. How can you not plan that item in your hack design? The "Very comfortable and fast bike" since when are planks/church pews comfortable?

Never stop improving! (Till you screw it up) from a CL post about 81 Honda CB 900

"Decided to upgrade the carbs and rejet and run pod filters. Rebuilt the carbs completely with new gaskets, upgraded jets and rebuilt the fuel pump too. New carburetor boots too. Has new plugs and battery this winter and I have oil and a filter to go with it. Won't start now. Turns over fine and fires on a shot of fuel but not under its own power. Not sure what's wrong. I'm done messing with it. I bought another bike. All electronics work and the tires are good. I want it gone. "

What exactly are "upgraded jets"? I have been in a lot of carburetors and drilled or replaced jets, but have never found those laser cut gold plated "upgraded jets" those probably would have made all the difference right there!:p

Sure would like to see some pictures of the upgraded jets and the fuel pump! Maybe then we can figure out WTF...
