My Return to 2 wheels. A 1982 GS125.

It's been almost 10 years since I've been on 2 wheels. This little beauty came up Cheap an hr away so I bit the bullet and bought it.

She has her issues, missing a side cover, damaged seat, pod filter on it so it runs horribly and a Mikuni slide carb that I can't find any specs on.

I know the carb issues should be sorted with a return to the standard air box if I can find one.

Plans are to tidy it up and ride it to work. Get it Mickey mouse on a Mini mouse budget and probably on sell it or swap it for another bigger project bike.

It's a nice distraction in my life at the moment.

I remember seeing one c.1976 shiny and looking brand new. From a distance it had all the styling of a full bike but when I walked closer it took longer to get bigger than a full size bike.
Beautiful commuter for congested stop and go traffic and super easy on fuel.

I restored a 1972 Honda CL100 a couple of years ago and used it during the summer months as a commuter to and from work, and thoroughly enjoy riding it. So much fun and boy does it receive attention at gas stops, more then my GS1000S actually..everyone has a story about something similar in their lives..

Yeah mine is a 1982 model, will be a good bit of kit once done but I need afew parts that are NLA.
