A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

A local GS guy was going thru life changes and came to realize he didn't need his dual sports, even though he "lives*" next to dual sport heaven. So, he gained garage space and i got 6 dual sports. I haven't gotten around to putting these on Photobucket, so here most of them are. I sold the 3 kick starts bikes (one never even made it to my garage) and kept the push button ones

Very sweet, I've been looking at a DR650 lately as my VStrom is not so good on the FSR roads.

What did you get and what do you have left?

Those in the photo look in great shape.

I forgot about the one pic only. The ATK 490 SES. Easy revival, a complete O ring kit was $18. I made up for it by splurging for a Shorai battery, it took 1/2 second to fire up. Starts instantly now. Still replacing minor items and need to get it registered. I did ride it on the Isle of Vashon TT last weekend

The 1994 DR 350 electric start. I got this for my son. It's a bit small for him, he's 6'7'. Perfect starter bike. It kicked my ass to get it running. Someone had "modified" it

The DRz 400, 565 miles. This is what started the whole deal. My wife wanted to start riding again and she had checked out a DR 650. This one was pretty easy to revive, battery, tire, carb clean, new spark plug. I put a Promoto billet rack on it also

Well look at that, a family that rides together as they say. Awesome for you guys Todd, glad this has worked out so well ya. Can't wait to see the dirt pictures.

Rob, so far, we've ridden the 4 miles to The Collectors for TWT as a group. Scary riding on 16 year old tires on the ATK.

The little woman and I rode the DRs out into the hills a bit today.

You know.....I'm starting to get curious who this "GS guy" is that is going thru a mid/late life crisis.

You and I rode with him from Dallas, OR to Yreka a few years back

You'll notice I'm not mentioning his name
