A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Pic of the week game

Get an ADV bike they said……..
Somehow, I’ve gotta figure out how to squeeze the kids dual-sport and the MINI in here with the out-of-service GS and the Tiger before the snow flies. Haven’t parked the car in the garage all summer. It’s Tetris IRL. :-k

My wife has always said "I don't care how many motorcycles you own, as long as my car fits in the garage". I was thrilled when she bought the 68 Fiat 500....lol :congratulatory:

Trevor; it's a good thing your wife isn't into Cadillacs.
Piticularly the 1975 Cadillac Fleetwood!
At 252 inches (21 feet) 5,750 pounds, you wouldn't even be able to park a 10 speed in your garage! images.jpeg-4.jpg

Lol thank goodness for that!
speaking of Cadillacs…my grandparents had a 73 that my sister and I rode in from Ontario to Arizona in the late 70s….while they chain smoked the whole way! Lol

Yes please, a 500 Titan two stroke. One of the most endearing motorcycles i have ever owned. For that reason I am voting for Eli69.

Geez time flies. I owned the T500 for a couple years. Bought it for $300 and got it running. It was in really good shape with about 4000 miles. Had a really old Vetter fairing on it that I removed. That is now on my GS1000G.

I rode it a bit. It was kinda cool and different but I knew I couldn't give it the care it deserved. My thing is get them running and ride them. I knew it was a special bike.

Eventually I sold it to a guy who restored the old 2 strokes and sold them world wide. $1200. That was the only bike I ever made a profit on i think.

It was a BIg day for me to be able to take the BIG K-1600 to see the BIG Muskey's BIG bucket.
When I got home, I thought, it wasn't such a BIG deal, I've seen it before.
No BIGGIE.... 20221105_102019~2.jpg

Lion Rock, climbed to the top of it as a kid. Its been out of bounds to the public for about 40 years. Guess they got tired of rescuing the scared and injured.

Nice looking machine!

Thanks, this was taken just I after restored her about 5 years ago. Had been dead for 16 years when I bought her. She's the 'daily' rider/commuter and has a bit more wear and tear on her now, but is still good fun classic motorcycling.

A 1967 Chrysler Newport that I owned for a summer in 1999 ish. It was a bit longer then Dad's Chevy Suburban.... and a really fun cruiser... my 7'2" surfboard fit inside.....

Thanks for doing the summation today, Rich. Very helpful as I am on vacation with the wife....

Voting for Burque73's big sky country....

Thanks Rich.

Jedz, Trev, Burque, Storm, Dork.
Burque, Dork.

Vote for Roger Burque. I suppose any pic that includes a mountian is a pic of something big, but something about this pic really makes it look like is close and big, mybe not as tall as some mountains, but up close and big. ANd nice pose of bike without distracting clutter, and nice low angle lighting. (...or maybe not low angle light, maybe different shadows from different clouds.... anyway....)
