A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Pic of the week game

One vote for Storm64. Almost the exact picture I thought of when the theme was announced. The big Muskie bucket is kinda local to me, too.

This pic I posted was slightly off from what I was trying to get. I rode by looking for the scene I wanted and planned where to take the pic, but just when I got ready to step away from the bike, a car parked where I was going to get the best vantage point. Oh well, just took what I could before the light changed.

That's correct, Dave, at only 10,300 feet elevation (5,000 above Albuquerque) the mountain isn't the biggest around. Still pretty big though.

Voting for Trevor this week. There's a similar scene, the Rio Grande gorge, in northern NM.

Mountains, canyons, ships, big sky country are normally big, I'm voting steve murdoch, his catfish is waaaay bigger than it's supposed to be

Voting for Storm and the big bucket.
That bucket needs to be turned into a dance hall or a cafe.

Tough choice. Trevor's, Burque73's (Roger's), Dorkburger's (Glen's), Kiwi's (Darryl's), and Jedz123 (Justin's) pics, all beautiful images. But the scale of Trevor's bike against the size of the chasm give him the edge. Voting for Trevor.

Rob S., pdqford (Jim from Central NY), don't be afraid to vote for you favorite. You do not have to enter a pic in the game to play along.

I'll vote for Steve Murdock and his BIG 6 CYLINDER Honda!

Oh, is that a fish in the background?

. . . . . . . . . . . . Almost the exact picture I thought of when the theme was announced. The big Muskie bucket is kinda local to me, too.
I was half expecting two or three Big Muskie entires.

Was also expecting one of Sandy's mountain scenes.

[ATT. . . . . . . ... . . . . . . 3;So let’s try this one…little to big
Yep, If I was describing the pic I might say "..... big.....".
I also say is a valid entry, just that you missed being in the summary and missed a few others already having voted.

Well GS family, I did a count and I did a recount, and I got the same tally both times, so here goes:

with two votes each: Steve Murdoch and Roger Burque
three votes each: Trevor and Storm
and with a winning four votes: kerrfunk!

aww thanks y’all

I’ll be back in a bit with a theme

Well, that's close but you may want to count again.

I’ll provide a recount:

keerfunk 4 (post38,47,53,54)
rich 1, burque 1,
trev 3, storm 3, SMurdock 3

unless someone is going to send alternate delegates, I confirm the Kerry Kerrfunk win.
See, all these discrepencys prove there is massive fraud.

Later Note of little consequence:
I now see, post 39 was vote for Burque (and mention of Rich), so 2 votes for Burque.

Oh, Oh, an armed rebellion storming my house.

I did a recount.
The only thing different is I got Steve Murdock down for three votes not two.
Kerrfunk still wins it with four votes.
Great job Funkster.
