DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

All bikes have an ugly side..........the V-stroms couldn't be considered pretty on any side at all and finding an unugly, :acne: side ain't easy. At the right angle they can show a side that highlights what they stand for. ........Tough, rugged, reliable and strength.

I really like this pic because it shows off the angles at their best and it seems to work. background helps

I'll give this one another whirl.
I had just taken this shot when I glanced down and realised I'd just missed standing in the largest dog turd in the county.

Hum, So can be seen from Albuquerque, I will keep that in mind if I were to ever visit the city, so, ah, ummm.... (anybody else going to say it?).... so, I dont make a wrong turn in Albuquerque..

Yep. Just East of town. That mountain makes it almost impossible to get lost here....almost.

...........................

Funny, I remember watching those cartoons in Germany and hearing Bugs mention my hometown. That was kinda cool. Most of my friends had no idea New Mexico was part of the U.S. but they'd heard of Albuquerque, LOL.

Yes you need to right click and open pic in a new tab to full size...........No i don't have a hosting site

If you go back and right click on the larger pic you can copy and paste it in your post. Not quite as good as a pic hosting site, but better than a weensy little thumbnail.

Great pic by the way. What year is your Vee? Or is it a Wee? I can't tell.

Pasting up these 2 pics for Rob S. He can tell me which one he wants to enter for the game. The 1100E looks a lot better after tweaking some levels a bit.

Thanks, it's a 2005 DL650. Great bike for all round power. love it. Just realized i havent added it to my byline. Had the bike for about 6 months now.

I'v tried every way to post a full sized pic on here with out a hosting site. Tried posting from another site.....Doesn't work. Tried to copy and past. Pic shows up but when i hit post reply, only a code shows up and this is about a thousand letters long

Nice! The DL's are great bikes. I haven't had a chance to ride a 650, but owned a 1000 for a bit. Fast and fun, but too tall for me. Sold it and bought a KLR and again, too tall even with lowering links. most of my riding was on pavement anyway so I moved on eventually picking up an FJR. Still, the GS wins though for comfort and looks.

I gave up even trying to upload a tiny pic here as I'd like to add a few to my albums in my profile. It just fails every time. Maybe the file size is too big? In any case, it's nice to see some new "faces" in this game here.
