    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Steve Murdoch wins! Nothing 'extra' on that bike, just seat, engine and lots of exhaust pipes. :joyous:

Good Morning GSR! Hope everyone who celebrates Thanksgiving had a good one.
Let's review our photos and vote. First our theme of the week by Dave (Redman):

The Bike AND The Road

Some mighty fine photos this week. Thanks everyone.

As always, if anything is amiss, please let us know. And don't forget to vote.

Very cool pictures. I'm voting for Mr Rich82GS750TZ. How'd you find a road that long and flat in PA? I like Mr Burque73's picture but 15 mph speed limit?

It is close between Rich and Bob this week but all are great pics. Voting for Rich.

I can tell you one thing, it's not going to be a run away this week. All fantastic pictures!

Bob, beautiful road perfect bike.
Trevor, I can relate.
Rich, "Take me home country road"
Eli69, Rt73 east of Brandon?
Dave, I always loved that picture.

Rob, I take issue on your comment "Nothing extra on that motorcycle" Nothing extra? Only 2 more pistons, 8 more valves, 6 carburetors, 100+ horsepower...
That's a lot of extra in my book.

One more thing. I will not be able to do the vote count tomorrow morning. (Yeah I know the disappointment)
I'm picking up my dad and we're driving to Columbus. We're going to my brother's house to watch the Ohio State/Michigan game.

TREVOR gets my vote this week!

Always been a stickler for crook'id roads and curves, with out a doubt Bob the Baatfam gets my vote this week. Straight roads are exciting for the first 1/4 mi. after that gets really boring, really quick.

Casting a vote for Rich this week. His looks to me more like a painting than a photograph. It had me staring off into the distances.

OK. Saturday, Tally day.

11 entries, 11 votes
trevor -3
Rich82GS750TZ - 3
Baatfam -3
Grimly - 1
Burque73 -1

That’s a rare 3 way tie. I have noticed that some players have not voted: Bob, Trevor, Dave.

Rich? Trevor? Trevor? Rich?

Tough call....but I'll go with Rich by a cloud...

Really good photos this week, guys! Thanks!

Bob, I hope nobody accuses you of throwing next weeks theme off on somebody else. I'm sure that wasn't it.... No doubt very good pictures this week.
