A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

That's a damn fine looking machine you've got there. Love the color scheme. Not many silver bikes out there anymore.

It matches the retro back rest.:-\\\
For around the price of a project GS bike I bought it 3 seasons ago and not ever one to give the GL500 a second look, it has been a great bike after 5k miles. More room for 2 up riding than my old K100, enough torque out of the Guzzi type v-twin to get up over mountain passes with a passenger and full travelling load, the bike at 450 lbs is surprisingly nimble around the curves of VT and NH. The shaft drive and mono shock eat up the country roads, sounds like an old BMW 650, and keeps chugging along. Once I got rid of the goofy stock hbars, recovered the driver's seat, and did routine maintenance on it, it has been cheap entertainment for my wife and I. She likes it because it's not fast like my Bandit and a whole lot more comfortable for her.

Enough said. If the wife likes and will ride on it, it's a keeper.

I still think those engines are crazy looking. Lol...

Not sure I'm doing this right...

Was the last post/tag for an illegal parking job in front of an abandoned building?

Easy one to pull off here in the D.

If you scroll back you'll see the last tag is getting out in the rain for pic of your bike and rain drops in a body of water (not a puddle) or a water based fire hydrant. Either works. Good luck and give you an excuse to get out.

Detroit area has a lot of that....but there is a new tag I posted so try for that one and then post up a new tag.

I'd love to play but no rain in my forecast for this weekend.

There is a lot of riding in my forecast though!

Sunny with a chance of rain NEVER for the next few months. Certainly some of the members that always have a reason to NOT ride their bikes could PUSH one out into the driveway for this latest tag at least?
If it is not snowing, surely it must be raining. Right?

Sorry, it's the rainy season here. Not my excuse for not riding, but it's raining every afternoon and usually into the evening.

With everyone complaining about rainy weather lately, I thought this would be an easy tag. You do have an alternate tag with a water pond hydrant but if you live in the desert that might be tricky too. Keep riding, you'll find something. I don't want to make it too easy with something like a telephone pole?

FD drafting port from a pond..

Old steel bridge. I thought i remembered where this was, and rode to exactly the wrong place...A better camera would be nice....Or a daytime ride...
Tonights storms never showed, and it was quite nice to get in a decent ride...First this year..

Would this count as a steel bridge??

Not the tag, it's an old picture, but it's probaby one of the ony steel bridges around.

Ok - I wanna play.

How the hell do I tell what the next thing is? And who calls the new tag? The poster?

All kinda of stuff in the D - and always looking for an excuse to ride...

(actually, rarely need one...);)

Welcome aboard A-train. Take a picture of a steel bridge and post what you want for the next tag...
