A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

I am currently in the process of make several oiler kits for GS1100-1150. Not quite finished with them, but wanted to get some opinions.

I plan on offering two styles of distribution blocks. One will retain the stock oil pressure and temp sensors. The other will eliminate these sensors.
I'm still in the process of getting a vendor for anodizing. Plus vendors for fittings and oil lines.

Thoughts?
Suggestions?
Criticisms?

Offer one in black, retaining the stock sensors. I'd pick that up in a minute.

Actually, any color is available.

As long as it IS black!!!
By choosing a single color it keeps anodizing cost down.

What'd you think it'd cost to anodize a single complete unit? You could also offer a few for sale to be finished by the end user.

The anodizers charge by the lot, or batch, if you prefer. So, it's cost effective to get as many parts into the batch as you can. I considered setting up an anodize line and doing it myself. But the nasty chemicals and effort involved nixed that idea.
I have considered the idea of also selling individual parts, as well as complete kits.

On a side note, I have found that Suzuki for some strange reason used a rather odd British thread for temp sensor. (Maybe not so odd if you're British) 1/8-28 BSTP, as opposed to 1/8-27 NPT. Getting taps to do the job is not an issue. But just an interesting bit of info.

id be interested in a whole kit ....black or siver ...not fussed......can you post to UK

Look good!

Look good!

They look great from what I can see.
I'd be interested in a set that keeps the sensors if the price was OK.

an american forum about japanese bikes containing british threads ........insane ;)

but seriously ...how much ....have a 1500 bigblock that requires one

Greg told me he is trying to keep them around 175-180. I've had the parts in my hands & Greg builds NICE stuff! He has tried to remove all issues with the ones out there to make them more streetable & user friendly & he's good at fixing the issues! Ray.

Me too me too! I've been wanting to get a top end oiler for some time. Just frankly didn't like the red (pink people it's really pink) anodized ones everyone seems to have. Hope this pans out cause i'd like to get one soon!

Sender block

Sender block

Will sender block be available separate? mine now has single output for line only

I am thinking of getting one of those setups, plain aluminum is cool as well. Anything but pink.

I should be able to get the parts to anodize next week.
Waiting on a quote for fitting and hoses. Hoping that won't be a deal breaker.
I DO plan on offering individual parts for sale also. Kind of a "build what you need" kit.
I'll keep every one who is interested up to date as I know more.

i will take a plane kit.as that is the last part for my bike i need
