Pic of the week game

Thanks for the positive review, Dave, and for the vote.

Rich "......Burque73 for me. For everything Dave mentioned plus the perfectly time shot to get the pair of Chinooks floating by."

If I could firure out the multi quote thing these days I'd use it. Anyway, thanks for the vote and for correcting me on the name of those aircraft. I goofed and said ospree when naming the jpg file.

Osprey and Chinook, both pretty cool aircraft. I grew up near Ft. Indiantown Gap. Saw lots of Chinooks and A10 Warthogs on maneuvers.

If I bothered to look back a couple years I could find some more colorful pics, but thought I would use something from this season.

Right around that turn is the scene of pic I used last week with the sign.

Good Morning, GSR! Friday already, so let's review these colorful photos and vote.

First the theme of the week by Rich:
Fall Colors

And there they are in all their color. Nice stuff.

Don't forget to vote, and as always, please let us know if anything is amiss.

Voting for Burque73. I usually think of NM as being void of seasonal color changes. I really need to visit that part of the country. Very pretty picture.

steve murdoch for me but it was 51/49 with Redman which has that "fall feel"...the temperatures of the changing world are just not the same this year...The trees here aren't getting the time to change their colours and drop their leaves.

My vote is for Redman as well.

I'm kind'f disappointed, all good but none that just really stands out. I's expecting a picture like Rich's but with a lot more red and orange.... I'm going for Rich anyway, and hoping the colors get better.

Scott (Marvinsc) and SteveMurdock certainly found big colorful tree. And Rich found a wide expanse of color.

I have to comment on Kerry pic with bike across traffic lane. Makes me wonder if he has had some bad influences in recent years.
and his bike color matches the fall color he found.

like Bob baatfam composition.

oh… voting ….. need to ponder that…..
…

Close call, but vote for SteveMurdock.

Trevor's leaf strewn road reminds me of a lot of Rural roads here. Voting for Trevor this week.

Good Saturday Morning, GSR! Let's tally up!

With one vote each, Burgue73, Baatfam, Rich82GS750TZ, marvinsc, and trevor
With two votes, steve murdoch
And with three votes for a close win, Redman...

Nice Dave, what's next?

(Confirmation would be good)

The upcoming curve in the road in Redman's pic was the clincher for me.
Let's go see where it goes.

THanks for the Vote.
Yes, I do like to have a curve in the scene.
ANd often to include such involves stepping out into the other lane and turning back on traffic.
