Here is a car tire top gas chassis I was going to play with but with me missing 2 months work I need some $$ and I would rather sell this than my other bikes. I am keeping the Trac front end, front wheel, brakes, and electronics but I might consider letting the rest go to recoup some of my $$ back. I figured I would let you guys see it before I sell it in case someone here wants it. I hate selling it but I am not going to do anything with it for a long time. I would like to get $3,000 for the neck back. The front fender goes with it too. The frame alone is worth that.

It's not that hard to hold on the seat area is cut down to hold you in. I hate to let it go but I have to many toys and could use some $$.

If you're not buckled in (like those Nascar dudes) I'm thinking you're hanging on for dear life!

You need to win the Lottery...or somehow manage to do this passion of your's.

I was watching NHRA on the tube one time and the announcers were going around the pits asking other drivers like John Force etc if they would ever try Pro Stock Bike, Nitro bikes at some time. The majority answered Oh Hell no! Those guys are crazier then we are.

Jesse James had the chance to ride a nitro Harley, ended up shattering the engine after 4 runs. When asked what he thought about it, his replay was, "I was scared sh*tless the whole time, these things are F**king crazy. I'll stick to my choppers!". He was literally shaking after each run. He never broke 175 I believe.

This chassis can be used in a few different classes Pro Open, Top Gas, or Pro ET what ever you want to do. I was going to build it for Top Gas. The rear slick is a 28x10.5x15"

a totally street legal first gen hayabusa can be bought for $3000. you can take $3000 and make much better decisions for riding fresh 21 century metal. -- and the money you would spend for a engine and fuel system you can get a hauler.

The trac front end - total roller, brakes and body and bearing support-no engine- (keep your electronics you need them) -- is $1600 tops $3000 from neck back? thanks for family discount.

sorry for the sugar free lecture but really. let's stay in current perspective.

This is not a conversion chassis it is a full moly chassis with GS motor mounts and wheelie bars. This would cost over 4 grand to have just the frame made now add the 3" bearing support, with chain and sprockets the 15x 10 RC rear wheel with almost new slick Battery tray and no2 bottle holder chain guard all the body work and wiring. There is a frame only on e bay for $1,500 and it's a small tire chassis. or just a roller on dragbike for $5,500 so your a little off on your pricing you can run deep into the 6 second range with this set up depending on what motor you put in it and you can put any motor in it I was going to put a turbo Busa motor in it some day. A good used top gas bike will cost you about $12,000 complete ready to race so yea it's not cheep but 3G's is a decent price for what I am selling. I know no one here would be interested in something like this but I figured what the heck you never know maybe someone knows someone that has been looking because they don't come up for sale all the time. The parts I am keeping are only worth about $1,800
I knocked $500 off for the family discount and might take a little less because I could use the money right now. But $1600 is nuts I gave that for my pro et GSXR750 conversion chassis.
Yes 20 years ago you could buy a T-4 frame only for $2500 but not any more. Maybe you did not see or realize what I have here. Do a search and show me something like what your talking about.

Trip,
I can't believe you came in here and said what you said I am hurt.
Here is a nice newer set up that is very clean where you would just add motor, carbs, and pipe.
http://m.ebay.com/itm/281519994726?nav=SEARCH

Mine is priced so even a bracket racer could afford to get into a car tire full moly chassis and you can put any front end on it it does not have to have a Trac front end you could put a GSXR1000 front end on it. If I can't get close to 3g's for it I will just keep it and put it back in the corner of the garage.

Understand where it's coming from and what a bitter life some must live.

oh please ... hurt? since when is haggling painful - we may not know each other but I am not attacking you personally. sorry bud you don't need extra stress - if it were in for sale section I guess I would have not interjected my opinion and tested your reasoning about value.

and you AMX - let's revisit the "border gate" fiasco - I fully explained my inability to cross the border to you . I explained what that bike meant to the people that created it - I had ALL the money in hand -total asking price not haggled down not at all - transportation to this side of MI border arranged -- what you did at the last moment defines your character to me , and gives me experience to make a decision upon. not bitter just wise. - let me say thanks again AMXsteeve . and that is coming from every one who built the J.E.T. K.P.M. gs1100 motorcycle. - hope to see you at man cup or NHDRO . you can say what you like directly to my face - we'll youtube it huckleberry

a fellow or gal may spend 30K and crash the thing - or possibly sell it for 6K . - 1 year old or 20 years old . provenance or none . you'll get what you decide to take , no matter what you ask.

A racing vehicle of any type is a total loss from the word JUMP - unless you insure it - consider it a business investment and deduct it -- after that lets be rational --50% of dealer cost of the assembled parts - not retail -- and age / wear/ material fatigue /depreciation -- buying used racing equipment has the potential to get a racer hurt. you think Previous Owner stories are scary with street bikes? go buy a powder coated frame and skip magna flux-ing it -- or a chro-mo- swingarm ..... or are you the type to just put it together and take a pass?

I consider my race bike to be worth the scrap value of the different metals of the given day. but I'm not selling my racing bike - to me my bike is so special 25K wont buy it-- this site is also special to me .. Thegsresourses.com helped me elevate my racing career by locating a car tire bike - and after some tuning I have won more events than ever!! ( 2 in 2014 ) -- thanks mr. Suzuki Ray!! he helped set up the deal - I travelled from IA to CA in 2008 ... and never looked back ..

http://www.4oresphotos.com/Photos/displayimage.php?album=537&pos=27 - there is some eye candy for ya.

Not bad looking. Any better pictures of the frame without all the covers on it?

Here is a couple I will get some more

I had Kosman build me to spec pro mod chassis early-mid 90's. What you have for sale is a lot cheaper than that I can assure you. If someone is bracket racing the absolute best is not always necessary.
