    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Just wanted to send out a reminder that if you want your rally listed on the homepage of The GSResources, please let me know. If you are looking to get more exposure for your event, be sure to email or DM the details to Frank (administrator). I will 'stick' your forum thread as well.

There is no longer a restriction to only annual rides. As long as your ride is a sure bet then I'll list it...

Please note that you may list all GS related events in the forum calendar.

    One final suggestion...
When creating a thread for a new ride, please continue to update the first article in the thread with the latest ride information. This saves people from having to wade through pages of posts for the updated information.

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Made it home about 45 minutes ago. Thank you to Brian and Jay for another great weekend. I’ll try to post some pictures later today or tomorrow

I'm home. Rich just left my house on his way home. 95? pretty hot today.

Yeah, I had a great time again this year!
It was nice reuniting with old friends, and meeting new friends too.

Fun weekend. THanks Brian. THanks Jay and Bonita. Is something I look forward too each year.

Hey, If I was sitting off by myself, I wasnt purposly avoiding the groups standing in the parking lot. I was tired, and standing too long hurts my knees.

Departed Bedford about 930am. With a couple quick stops and a luch stop, Arrived back home about 4pm.

Will have pics maybe tommorow.

ANd to report: I am not aware of any bad incidents, not aware of any breakdowns.
But just me adjusting and tightning my mirror gathered a couple spectators.

Although I almost had a "bad incident"...
short version of the story, I had a mental malfunction and turned out in front of an approaching car (be we avoided each other). ANd good that Rich and/or Bob didnt follow me.

I got home about 1:00 this afternoon. Stripped down and pretty much immediately took a nap. HOT. It was good to see everyone again. I got ripped off last year. Shoulda asked for my registration fee back.

You got ripped off this year too. You had to fill my gas tank up with fuel! Hahaha

Hey....I will have photos tomorrow, from this great weekend...
But let me ask...did anyone else have a tiny Jesus in their room? Mine was on the top of the TV.

Maybe Jay thought you needed him. I didn’t get one. :-\\\ Actually, I may not have noticed. I almost forgot my laptop cord. Jay brought it out just before I left.

I rolled in about 8:45. Lots of stop and go construction traffic on I-80 in 90-95 deg heat. I was rolling up the shoulder passing all the big rigs till one of them decided that wasn’t fair and cut me off. I swung around him on the other side. A-hole. :p

Yes, but I dont recall the lettering. I thought maybe a "lego" but didnt really examine much. Yah, near the TV equipment, which I also didnt examine enough to figure out.

I was gonna try to get photo of most attendies and thier bikes, especailly the GSes.

Here is Ben, his first GS rally.
Ben rode down from western Chicago land on the 1000G that he has had since 1984, I think he said. I didnt catch his forum name.
