A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

But of cores its upside down, dam iPad!

Well... guess I forgot to get the bike in the picture, but I stopped by one of Dave's (Redman's) favorite picture taking spots
.
.

Great picture (good candidate for the Sunset thread, better with bike)

I like to say that without the bike in picture the picture is the same as the tourist picture that were there at that time, so that is why I have bike in my pictures.

Yah, you sure hit a good evening to be there.
Is different every night, and cant really predict it either.

Yah, is a good place for sunset photo, although I don't go there much in summer, too much traffic and residents scowling.

Looks like a great place to hike into, and do peyote.

Pretty and very scenic, just reminds me of my last encounter with a cage. Guess what? I lost that one and ended up in the ER at Woodland Park.

Took a quick spin to blow out the cobwebs. Several miles up the road from me is this quirky local landmark. It's a rusted out old Harley, but it is covered in real skulls! :O

Nice pics Glenn, glad you are getting out and enjoying the KLR.:)
Went out for a spin after dinner tonight to get the riding tag but got beat out for it...

Then I went home and took the 83 1100 out for a spin too...the weather has been simply awesome here!!

After getting the riding game tag on the Suzuki I thought it was a good time to take the "Green Bastard" out for a spin. Took some nice backroads to the Dreamcycle Motorcycle Museum. Outside the owner has this beauty of a 1946 Indian 74cid for sale.

That's a beautiful Indian. Always wanted one of those. :beaten:

My first time in here. Went for a run to Matlock Bath this afternoon, it's a popular venue for bikers (and tourists) at the weekend and it was very busy today. On the way back through some country lanes I made a couple of stops for photos...

and a bit further on...

and with few locals looking on...

Went for a run out with bike club to Keswick and north lakes. Good day out and covered around 200 miles, aching today as it was very windy.

Greystoke Castle gates, Tarzan not at home,.

What beautiful day in England. Nice to see some pictures of GSes from all of you. I'll be over there the end of next month. So be fore warned. Thanks.

Dusted off the old GS650E, checked lights, tires and brakes and she fired right up. Figured I'd see how it did on the dirt and gravel roads to keep up with the vStrom. Maybe a set of Shinko 804 tires and it would make a decent off the beaten path bike. The rear suspension is updated with a pair of Progressive shocks and the front forks were taken apart and spruced up. It handled it fine, but...still feels archaic compared to the DL650.
