    Welcome!
Register to access the full functionality of the GSResources forum. Until you register and activate your account you will not have full forum access, nor will you be able to post or reply to messages.

    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

The GS Resolutions - 2014

  • Thread starter Thread starter bluewool

I will try my best to help as many people as I can and not let others get to me so much

I will ride one of the 1100 g's in my garage to BC and harass some locals. BMW owners beware!

P.S "I will try my best not to crash my motorcycle...." Nice thought Rob.

I will get a new airbox and put the 750 back on the road. Then I can and will decide what I'm doing with the other 750 rolling chassis.

Not to make any resolutions, because they don't work.

If you need/want to do something, do it because you need/want to do it.

Finish my 2 katana projects and ride the heck out of them , just ride more ::rolleyes:

I will not post advice telling people to search for answers, go to Cliff's site, check the Newbie Mistakes thread, or link the carb rebuild tutorial or cycleorings.com.

I will wait for others here to post tech advice and will only chime in when incorrect advice, or maybe incomplete, advice is offered.

I hope that's a resolution you don't keep. Your advice is sooo helpful. Keep it up!

New years resolutions are made to be broken.:D

I will ride my GS's more often. Oh, and try to meet more GSR members.

i should probably do a top end rebuild on the 850, it's getting a bit too leaky.

the 1000g needs fork rebuild. already took them off so that's started.

and i hope to get started on that 2nd skunk cuz it will be so cool to have 2 of them on the road.

and more racing dammit.

I too will wrench less and ride more.........we'll see as it never seems to turn out that way :(

Went into the New Year with my bike INOP. Last ride was on Monday before my clutch cable broke. Now, I've had a braided line made and I'm changing front brake pads.

Going back to NM on Sat where I've met a fellow GSR member (mrbill). I anticipate fixing my bike and riding again. I hope to continue my adventures with my "T" in 2014.
